AI recaps, summaries and the assistant

Catch up quickly. The AI only uses what you can already read.
- Recaps and file summaries (Pro and above): open the AI panel in a channel header and choose “Catch me up” to see what you missed, or summarise a thread or an attached document.
- In the same panel you can ask a question about the workspace, or ask for a draft reply that you can edit before sending.
- The personal assistant (Business+ and above): a private assistant you can talk to from the Assistant page.
The AI only works with content you are already allowed to read. It writes text for you; it cannot post, change or delete anything. Each plan has a monthly AI allowance, and AI pauses when it is used up. AI features are not available to guests.
