Export or delete your workspace’s data

Your data is yours.

The Owner can download everything the workspace holds from Admin, then Data & privacy. The same page lets the Owner delete the workspace. A deleted workspace is kept for 30 days in case it was a mistake, then permanently erased; copies in backups are overwritten within 14 days after that.

A person can also ask for their own personal data to be erased; the Owner does this from the same page.

To bring conversations in from another chat app, use “Import from another app” in the sidebar.
